  • How many of a particular bag do you keep in stock?
    Every backpack, crossbody, wallet, ears etc. is collectible, and as such is in limited supply. Rest assured that if you are able to put an item in the shopping cart, it is because we actually have it in stock and are prepared to ship it out immediately.
  • Do you show pictures of upcoming items ahead of time?
    Loungefly is VERY particular about exactly when we are allowed to release images of their product. We will always abide by these rules. You will be able to see items absolutely as soon as we are permitted to do so.
  • Can I purchase using PayPal or do I need to use a credit card?
    Absolutely, We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Our orders typically take between 5-10 business days to receive.
  • What is your return policy?
    Orders may be returned within 30 days from initial purchase. Only defective products are eligible for return. Shipping fees incurred to ship items back to us must be paid by customer. In any case, please email us at so that we can authorize your return.
  • What should I do if something from my order is missing?

  • What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
